ONDA Pro uses DEKA’s Coolwaves® microwave technology to deliver energy at a frequency of 2.45 GHz. Specialized applicators allow the provider to select a depth and treatment pattern based on the area, tissue characteristics, and goal.
The platform is designed to address selected areas of localized adiposity, the appearance of cellulite, and skin laxity. Integrated contact cooling helps protect the skin surface while energy is delivered below it.

The Pocket handpiece extends Coolwaves® treatment to more compact areas. It may be considered when the concern involves lower-face definition, submental fullness, or laxity beneath the chin. Candidacy is essential: anatomy, skin thickness, volume distribution, and the desired degree of change all matter.
ONDA Pro is not intended to replace surgery, injectable treatment, or weight management. Your consultation determines whether it fits your goals.

A 2022 study followed 26 women with moderate or severe cellulite after four sessions and reported improvement in validated cellulite scores at three months.
Participants
A separate abdominal-contouring study evaluated 19 adults after three sessions spaced four weeks apart. The small sample means findings should be interpreted cautiously.

A 2025 pilot study evaluated the submental area after two sessions. Results were encouraging, but the study was small and does not establish outcomes for every patient.

What does an ONDA Pro treatment feel like?+
The applicator is moved across the treatment area while integrated cooling helps protect the skin surface. Sensation varies by area and settings; your provider adjusts the protocol around comfort and treatment goals.
How many sessions will I need?+
There is no single schedule for everyone. Published studies have evaluated treatment series ranging from two sessions for the submental area to three or four sessions for body concerns. Your Muse plan is determined after an in-person assessment.
Is there downtime?+
ONDA Pro is non-invasive. Temporary warmth, tenderness, or redness may occur, but many people return to normal activities promptly. Your provider will review expected aftercare and individual risks.
When will I see a change?+
Changes are generally evaluated gradually as the treated area responds. Timing depends on the concern, area, protocol, and individual biology. Before-and-after photographs shown below come from a published clinical study and do not predict an individual result.
Is ONDA Pro a weight-loss treatment?+
No. ONDA Pro is intended for contour and skin-quality concerns in selected areas; it is not a substitute for weight loss, nutrition, exercise, or medical treatment for obesity.
